FROM THE EAST AND DENVER INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT
BRECKENRIDGE is 103 miles (2 hours) west of DIA. |

From DIA follow signs to I-70 West. Take exit 203 (CO Hwy 9). You are going South.
|
|
After 9 miles, stay left to continue through the roundabout where Main St. begins. Don't take a right onto Park Ave.(CO Hwy 9)
|
|
MAIN St. continues south. The next intersection is French St. Streetlights and sidewalks begin. The Barn is in this block, but does not face Main St. |
|
About a 100 yards on the right is Domino's, then a cabin, (slow down) Subway, Daylight Donuts, then Blue River Bistro.

Turn right into our driveway immediately before our sign and a small yellow cottage.
|

The Barn on the River Bed and Breakfast is located at the back of property with parking spaces in front of the B&B. |

FROM COLORADO SPRINGS
(This
route can be tricky but scenic.)
BRECKENRIDGE is 109 miles (2.5 hours) NW of Colorado
Springs.

From the airport, follow the signs to I-25 North. |
|
At exit 141, take US 24 West for 65 miles. |
|
After Hartsel, turn right on CO 9. |
|
After 18 miles there is a STOP sign and CO 9 merges with HWY 285 until you get to FAIRPLAY. |
|
Be careful at FAIRPLAY where CO 9 turns left, the sign is small but there is a stoplight there. Go through Fairplay and Alma. |
|
Over Hoosier Pass and after 12 miles CO 9 becomes MAIN STREET at the South end of BRECKENRIDGE. |
|
Continue North through 3 stoplights, after the third, the next street on your left is WATSON. The Ridge Street Wine Shop is on the corner of MAIN and WATSON. |

Continue past the next 2 buildings and then turn left into the first driveway. If you miss it, the next driveway goes behind the buildings and comes back into our parking lot. |

BRECKENRIDGE is 75 miles (1.5 hours) east
of this Regional Airport.

Follow signs to I-70 East. |

Take exit 203 (CO 9) |

Now follow directions above from CO 9. |
The Barn on the River Bed and Breakfast is the
large rustic looking building at the back
of the property. Parking spaces are in front
of the Barn. Go to the large open doorway
with the entrance sign on the right. Ring the doorbell.
Check-In is 4-8 pm;
if you are unable to arrive between these
times, PLEASE CALL.
