Advance reservations are advisable.

Deposit equal to one night's lodging plus tax is required at time of booking on credit card (non-refundable).

Confirmation sent upon receipt of deposit.

Balance is due by check 31 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations inside 30 days will be refunded, less deposit, only if room is rebooked. A change in dates may result in a cancellation fee.

Check-in is between 4 - 8 pm at rear of property. Go to Barn Entrance sign and ring door bell. Call in advance for late-night arrival instructions.

Check-out time is 11 am - no exceptions. Guest belongings must be removed by check-out time so that room can be prepared for the next guest.

THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. Enjoy the Colorado Rocky Mountain air! If smoking occurs, a $200 fee will be charged and the the reservation will be cancelled without refund.

Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per guest room.

On-site parking is limited to one space per guest room.

Bike and ski storage is available for mountain biking and cross country (or downhill) skiing guests.
