Make reservations early for your Colorado Rocky Mountain Biking and Skiing recreation vacation! In the winter, come and join us in Breckenridge, in the Heart of Ski Country, and revel in some of the best skiing, both downhill and cross-country! These world class ski areas are within a 30-45 minute drive - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Vail.
A summer vacation in the Colorado Rocky Mountains means endless outdoor recreation possibilities. Try hiking, fishing, golf, horseback riding, and river rafting. With hundreds of miles of trails and backcountry roads, the Breckenridge area is a mecca for mountain biking.
And whenever you're here, the spectacular Rocky Mountain scenery will take your breath away!

Rates

Rates are per night, plus tax, subject to change without notice. All major credit cards accepted.
Two persons per room. Long distance phone calls require a calling card or credit card.


Reservation Policies

Advanced reservations are advisable. Minimum stay may be applicable.
Deposit equal to two nights lodging is required at time of booking. Confirmation sent upon receipt of deposit. Balance, by check only, is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations result in $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs with less than 60 days notice, a refund will be given only if the room is re-booked. A change in dates may result in a cancellation fee.

Willoughby Cottage requires a security deposit upon arrival - $200 cash or check. Deposit will be refunded within 14 days if cottage is free of damage. Cottage is self-catered.

Check-in is by appointment only. To prevent being locked out, CALL 24 hours before arrival to confirm arrival time.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. No exceptions. Guest's belongings must be removed by check-out time so that room can be prepared for the next guests.

THIS IS A "NO SMOKING" PROPERTY. Enjoy the Colorado Rocky Mountain air!!! If smoking occurs, we will charge a $200 per day fee and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.

Children over 12 are welcome, please note the limit of two persons per room.
Sorry, pets are not allowed on the property.
